FAQ

Short answer: No.
Long answer: The ceremony and reception are adult-only. If you would like to bring your children for the weekend, please discuss it with us directly so we can figure out the best accommodations for you and your family.
-
Short answer: NO.
Longer answer: As you already know, the wedding itself is black tie. That means absolutely NO cowboy boots, NO cowboy hats, and NO jeans. We will call you out. However, if you would like to wear such attire on Friday or Sunday to get your dress-up western wiggles out, we will not stop you :)

Why are you even wondering about this? The answer is no. But if you aren’t sure about your outfit, feel free to text Josh and me about it; we’re happy to give input. :)
-
Not unless invited. Because we are limited on space, plus-ones are limited to long-term partners, who will be addressed by name on your invite. If you and your partner are no longer together, you do not get a different plus-one. Please let us know so we can remove them from our guest list.

No. Please silence and put away your phones for the entirety of the ceremony. We have multiple professional photographers and videographers who will be documenting the day, and we want everyone to be present in the moment. But feel free to take photos during the reception and the rest of the weekend.

Mostly indoors, as the ceremony will be in the lobby of the lodge and the reception in a tent in the reception field. You can walk on a dirt road from the ceremony to the reception (only about a 5-minute walk), or you can take a shuttle over.

It’s fall in Montana, so no one really knows. It could be 85°F and sunny, or 20°F and snowing. Could be raining or smoky. However, the historic average high is 68°F, and the average low is 41°F.
